Robert “Cawley” Snibbe is a Florida native who found his passion for the Florida waters as a child and has dedicated his professional career to this passion and experience.

In 2002, Cawley became a US Coast Guard licensed captain and now holds a 200-ton Masters license.

Cawley has over ten years of experience in running fishing charters in addition to his numerous fishing tournament wins.

Cawley has also restored and rebuilt several boats including fishing vessels, performance vessels, and cruising vessels.

In 2008, Cawley met his wife Tara, who currently holds a 100-ton Masters license, and their love for the water led to the enjoyment of thousands of cruising miles together.

Their cruising experience includes New Orleans to New York City, The Great Lakes, the entirety of the Bahamas, Cuba, The Turks and Caicos and everywhere in between.

In 2017, they completed their goal of “America’s Great loop” on a 44ft power catamaran built by Cawley himself.

Through their experience of managing, maintaining, and running numerous yachts for various clients they have discovered their passion in helping couples find the cruising boat of their dreams.
